Delivery & Returns

Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

Generally all items are held in stock, however in peak periods there may be a short delay whilst additional stocks are in transit. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and will do everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur due to the fact that some of our products are individually hand-made pieces. All products on our website comply with the appropriate safety and consumer regulations.

If an item you have selected is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know.

Orders are despatched via quality, insured carriers.

UK orders are usually despatched via recorded delivery service, with normal delivery within 7 days (please allow up to 28 days though). We ship worldwide. International orders are usually sent via airmail (not surface) and are delivered within 28 days.

Post and Packing
Our postage rates are calculated during the checkout process based on your delivery location.

Please notify us by email at , or telephone us on 01796 470470 if you need to return items. It is, of course, the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all returned items are appropriately packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in return transit.

No-fault Returns
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow consumers 7 working days to cancel an order. Please write to us within 7 working days advising us of this via email or letter, quoting your order number or reference and return the goods no longer required or mistakenly ordered. Goods may be returned (for any reason) for a full refund (on goods only) up to 7 days after receipt of the order. We can only accept goods back that are complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition. Goods must be returned in the original box, complete with packing and accessories (if applicable) at the customer’s expense. A refund for the goods will only be made to the card on which the order was taken. For your own peace of mind we recommend using a form of delivery that requires a signature.

Faulty Goods
The Christmas Emporium will replace faulty goods with an identical replacement item or your money will be refunded if the item is no longer available. We reserve the right to repair or replace mechanised products at our discretion after 14 days. Faulty items must be returned to us in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be securely packaged and a certificate of posting must be obtained from the Post Office.
